Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges are accepting with 3 days of delivery.
Ship items back to me within: 5 days of delivery
Returns and cancellations are not accepted - (If you have any issue with your purchased items please email me at shopmardesigns@gmail.com with your issue and order confirmation number.)
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Items on sale
Return Process/Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Wholesale availability:
Whole sale orders are available - Please be advised dependent on season wholesale may not be available. Please contact me at hello@shopmardesigns.com for more information.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Each item comes gift wrapped in a box or jewelry bag and packaged in a bubble mailer or box. Each order will include a mission statement, thank you card, and personalized note. I can include personalized gift note upon request. Please let me know if an item is a gift, therefore a note can be added.
Clip-on Earring Requests
All earrings are made with surgical steel post. I do offer clip-on options. If you are interested, please email me at hello@shopmardesigns.com -Please be aware that clip-on earrings may vary and eligibility of style will be determined on a case by case basis. Please note that there is an additional fee for clip on earrings based on order.
Care Instructions
When caring for earrings, use a q-tip dipped in rubbing alcohol. You may use a alcohol wipe as well. This cleans off most stains that are normally created by make up.
